RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our policy is 30 days from the day of purchase. No refunds will be provided after this time has elapsed.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.
Additional non-returnable items include
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and Personal care items
In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Items not in their original condition due to damaged or missing parts for reasons not of our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via e-mail of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credited back to your original method of payment only. Florida Herbs doesn’t provide shipping labels and all returns must be paid by customers.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, make sure to contact your financial institution as some payments may take longer to post.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Only full priced items may be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail at email@example.com or send your item to 18385 NE 4th ST Miami FL 33179
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping costs on returning items both domestic and international are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed on.
There will be a $10 restocking fee applied to all international refunds and exchanges.
